Manufacturers of boilers and pressure vessels who wish to export
to North America are routinely required to comply with the requirements
of the ASME Code, which defines internationally recognised standards
for the design, manufacture, inspection and testing of all kinds
of pressure vessels. Outside North America there is a growing
requirement for the ASME Code to be applied.
ASME Code symbol stamps are applied to item nameplates by
ASME approved manufacturers, and ASME Data Reports are generated
to identify that an approved manufacturer has carried out
the work. An LR Insurance, Inc. Authorised Inspector carries
out inspection during the manufacturing process and countersigns
such Data Reports. |
